Registration fees

The school is all inclusive, the registration fees will cover:

-accomodation, with daily room cleaning with fresh beddings/towels. Please arrive by Sunday 29th May, and vacate the room on Friday 3rd in the morning. 

-all 3x meals per day 

All extras (travels, personal drinks, town visit, ...) are not included in the registration fees.

The registration fees are 250 euros per person. 

Please note that due to the pandemic situation, we will request a percentage of the registration fee once your participation has been accepted and you are unable to attend. This is to cover the late cancellation policy. However, if the school can no longer be maintained by order of the French government, all accomodation fees will be reimbursed.

Participants not employed by a French institution have to pay by Credit Card. 

For participants employed by a French institution, it is possible to pay via "Bons de commande CNRS". Please ask your laboratory administrator for more information.

Very important: once you start your registration, you need to proceed til the end, meaning that you have to provide your credit card details in the secure PayBox. Otherwise, all the information provided beforehand will have to be reset and you will have to start all over again the next day. Please make sure you have your credit card details with you when you start the registration process. This registration website is managed by the French National Centre for Research and you can trust their interface.
